What to Expect
Intake FormsWhen we schedule your first session, I'll send you a link to complete documents online. During your initial visit, we'll review your paperwork and you'll have an opportunity to ask questions about the counseling process. We'll spend time talking through your story and formulating a plan for working together.

FeesFees are $195.00 per 50 minute session. Payment is due at the time of service.
While completing your online intake documents, you'll also be asked to complete a credit card authorization form which will be kept confidentially in the secure platform. This may be used for regularly scheduled session fees and may also be charged for payment of late cancellations/no shows. Clients are notified if this occurs. This card will be billed at midnight after a session occurs. If you'd like to submit for insurance reimbursement, I can provide you with a brief receipt that will allow you to file on your own. When filing with your insurance company, keep in mind that most will require a formal diagnosis prior to reimbursing your claim. If provided to your insurance, this diagnosis may remain on your medical record. |
Cancelled AppointmentsYour appointment time is important to you, your therapist, and to others who are in need of therapy. Regular attendance at your scheduled appointments is one of the keys to successful outcomes in therapy. If you must cancel your appointment, please notify me by phone call or text at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Missed session fees are $195 with the exception of illness or emergency.
